Hello Sam,

It is good to hear that Wachovia is streamlining their short-sale process. Some banks seem to take months and months to respond to short-sale offers. Would you know how long it normally take Wachovia to respond to short-sale offers?

Thanks,
Lucia

Sam, that is great news that Wachovia has streamlined their short sale process. Hopefully other lenders will follow suit! A few lenders out there have a bad reputation for making the short sale process last many, many months. It's good to know that you service your short sale listings with the same professional treatment that you do your non-short sale listings.
